    Purpose

    Your personal data are processed without your express consent (Article 6 letter b) e) GDPR) for the correct performance of the pre-contractual, contractual, accounting, fiscal, commercial, technical obligations and for all business activities in general related to the relationship in place. The data may be used, subject to your specific and explicit consent, also for sending advertising material / communications by post, email, fax and the like.

    Nature of the provision data

    The provision of personal data is optional and not mandatory. Failure to provide data does not, however, allow you to legitimately fulfill contractual obligations. The refusal to use the data for advertising purposes, on the other hand, does not have any consequences on existing relationships.

    Methods of treatment

    The data processing will be carried out both with manual and / or IT and telematic tools with organization and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with organizational measures. , physical and logical provided by the provisions in force.     Communication scope

    The data will be communicated as part of the performance of pre-contractual, contractual, accounting, tax, commercial, technical and for all business activities in general inherent to the existing relationship.

    Data retention period

    The personal data acquired will be processed for the minimum period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. In particular, the data with relevance:

    1. Tax, will be kept for the time required by the current national legislation (to date, 10 years)
    2. Civil law (Consent Code), will be kept for 24 months from the execution of the contract and / or service requested
    3. For marketing purposes, they will be kept for 10 years

    In any other case, the data will be processed for 24 months from the execution of the contract and / or service requested. At the end of these periods the data will be deleted or made anonymous where technically possible.
